Purpose
With regard to employment support for the intellectually disabled, we will conduct research on appropriate working environments and teaching methods using labor science methods.
Collect knowledge that is useful in field practice and has academic backing, and provide it to the general public.

Career after employment, focusing on “entrenchment” as well as building networks between workplaces
clarify specific issues and measures concerning expansion of operations and contents.
In particular, we will promote the on-site development of support programs, which has been the result of the past, for the entire site where people with intellectual disabilities work and the construction of networks between business sites. Focusing on “long-term working”, we will clarify specific issues and measures related to career expansion after employment and expansion of working content.
